Position: Electrician for Solar Power Plant Installation and Wiring

Location: Muppathadam, Aluva

Description:
Raj Electro Products, a leading solar power company based in Aluva,Ernakulam, is seeking Electricians to join our technical team. This position requires individuals with an ITI Diploma or relevant experience in the electrical field.

(ITI Diploma is not mandatory).

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the installation and wiring of solar power systems in accordance with project specifications.
- Collaborate with the installation team to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues as they arise during installation.
- Participate in a comprehensive 3-month training program to gain familiarity with our procedures and protocols.
- Work closely with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Provide support and assistance to colleagues as needed.

**Requirements**:

- ITI Diploma or 0-1 year of experience in the electrical field.
- Strong technical aptitude and understanding of electrical systems.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to safety guidelines.
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various outdoor environments.
