- **ITI** in **Electronics & Communication (EC)**, **Electrical Engineering (EE)**, **Mechanical Engineering (E. Mech)**, **Electricians**:

- **B.Sc. in Electronics**

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Undergo training** to become proficient in operating machinery, equipment, and systems.
- Assist in the **monitoring and operation** of equipment in the production or operational area.
- Learn to troubleshoot and address basic technical issues with guidance from senior operators.
- Maintain **operational logs** and records for tracking equipment performance.
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed during operations.
- Work closely with the senior technical team to understand daily operations.
- Perform routine **inspections** of equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Adhere to **company policies**, procedures, and safety regulations while on-site.
- Assist in the **maintenance** of machinery and equipment as needed.
- Take part in on-the-job training and development sessions.
- Report issues or malfunctions to the senior operator or supervisor.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Diploma** in **Electronics & Communication**, **Electrical & Electronics**, **Electronics Engineering**, or **Mechanical Engineering**, or **ITI** in similar technical fields, or **B.Sc. in Electronics**.
- Ability to work in a **team environment** and follow instructions accurately.
- **Basic technical knowledge** related to machinery operation, electronics, and electrical systems.
- Strong willingness to **learn and develop new skills** through on-the-job training.
- **Attention to detail** and a strong commitment to maintaining safety and operational standards.
- Good **communication skills** in English and Malayalam.
- Ability to **work in shifts** and handle physical tasks as needed.
