**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Leadership & Vision**:

- Provide strategic leadership in the development and implementation of the school’s vision and goals.
- Create and maintain a positive, student-centered learning environment that reflects high academic standards.
- Collaborate with staff, parents, and the community to promote the school’s mission and values.
- **Mathematics & Curriculum Development**:

- Oversee and guide curriculum development with a strong focus on Mathematics.
- Ensure that teaching methodologies are up-to-date and in line with current best practices, particularly in STEM fields.
- Encourage the use of innovative instructional strategies to enhance student engagement and performance in Mathematics.
- **Academic Excellence**:

- Monitor and evaluate student performance data, particularly in Mathematics, to inform instructional decisions.
- **Staff Development & Management**:

- Lead, mentor, and evaluate teaching staff, providing professional development opportunities that align with the school’s goals.
- Encourage collaboration among teachers to develop cross-disciplinary approaches to learning, especially in Mathematics.
- **Operational Management**:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the school, ensuring efficient resource allocation and compliance with educational regulations.
- Develop and manage the school’s budget, ensuring financial sustainability and the allocation of resources to support educational priorities.
- **Parent & Community Engagement**:

- Foster strong relationships with parents, students, and the community.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to keep them informed about school activities, progress, and achievements.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Master's or Doctorate in Educational Leadership, Mathematics, or related field.
- Proven experience in school administration, ideally as a Principal or Vice-Principal.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in managing and motivating faculty, fostering a collaborative school environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working in an international or multicultural school setting.
- Familiarity with current educational technologies and how they can be used to enhance Mathematics instruction.
- A proven track record of increasing student achievement in Mathematics and other STEM areas.
