**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Client meeting scheduling and follow-up with management.
- Assisting GM (General Manager) with documentation and coordination part.
- Creating spreadsheets, managing databases, preparing presentations.
- Provide proactive diary management and co-ordination of meetings and all related arrangements i.e. travel arrangements etc.
- Review incoming documents for management concerns.
- Conducting research for sourcing new clients.
- Scheduling management meetings and mentioning the meetings and ensuring follow-up support to leaders in the completion of tasks assigned.
- Ensure timely implementation of decisions/plans of management
- Assisting coordination if an internal auditor.
- Monthly performance reporting of decision implementation areas, progressing work and projected work status
- Good organizing and time management skills.
- Good communication & presentation skills.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English language
- Good in Microsoft word, excel & PowerPoint
- Strong willingness to learn & develop.
- Ability to act in a confidential and sensitive manner
- People oriented
- Good team player
- Ability to work accurately, with attention to detail
- Persuasive & Creative
- Good learning & Execution skills
