**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design user-centric web and mobile interfaces that balance aesthetics and functionality
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and clients to understand requirements and user flows
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and user journeys
- Design marketing materials, brand assets, and logos as needed
- Maintain design systems and UI component libraries for consistency
- Ensure all designs meet accessibility and responsiveness standards

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- 2+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX designer in an IT company or agency setting
- Strong grasp of UX principles, user flows, and business logic
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
- Experience in graphic design, branding, and logo creation
- Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail and consistency
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Energetic, proactive, and a strong team player with a startup mindset
