**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conceptualize, design, and produce **engaging visuals, graphics, and videos** for social media, blogs, websites, and ads.
- Develop scroll-stopping creatives for **Instagram Reels, LinkedIn posts, YouTube thumbnails**, stories, and banners.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align visual output with brand voice, campaigns, and messaging.
- Use **AI-based tools** (e.g., Canva, Chat GPT, Midjourney, Jasper, Cap Cut, Adobe Firefly, Elevenlabs) to enhance content creation and speed.
- Create **infographics, animations, and short-form videos** to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Stay current with **social media trends, content formats, platform algorithms, and audience behaviours**.
- Optimize content for **audience engagement and ad performance**, including testing different creative formats and messages.
- Maintain a consistent and recognizable **visual identity across all digital channels**.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- 3-5 years of proven experience in **digital content creation, graphic design**, or **multimedia marketing**.
- Strong portfolio showcasing **social media content, blog visuals, YouTube graphics, and ad creatives**.
- Proficiency in design and video tools like **Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, Cap Cut, or Figma**.
- Exposure to and enthusiasm for **AI-powered creative tools**, with a willingness to experiment and adapt.
- Solid understanding of **content marketing principles, storytelling techniques**, and audience engagement strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
