**Company Overview**:
**Position: Field Sales Executive (B2B Sales)**

**Experience Required**: 6 months - 2+ years**Location**: Hyderabad (Work from Office)**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Acquisition & Direct Sales**: Visit potential business clients, present our service offerings, and onboard them onto the AroundMe platform.
- **Lead Generation & Conversion**: Identify, prospect, and convert businesses into paying customers through face-to-face interactions.
- **Appointment Setting & Product Pitching**: Schedule meetings with business owners, explain our service packages, and close deals efficiently.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- **Market Research & Competitor Analysis**: Gather insights on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies.
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Work towards and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs on a monthly/quarterly basis.
- **Follow-ups & Retention**: Regularly follow up with potential and existing clients to upsell/cross-sell packages and ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Reporting & CRM Updates**: Maintain accurate sales reports and update client interactions in CRM tools.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience in Field Sales, B2B Sales, or Client Acquisition (6 months - 2+ years).**:

- **Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills** in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
- **Strong Sales & Negotiation Skills** with the ability to handle client objections effectively.
- **Customer Relationship Management Expertise** to build trust and long-term partnerships.
- **Self-Motivated & Target-Driven** attitude with a passion for meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- **Basic Tech Proficiency** - Knowledge of CRM tools and basic MS Office is an added advantage.
- **Two-Wheeler & Valid Driving License (mandatory)** - Since the role requires frequent client visits.
