**International Voice cum Chat Process Associate**

**Location**: Kolkata, New Town

**Job Type**: Full-time, Rotational Shifts

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as **International Voice cum Chat Process Associate **at our location in Kolkata, New Town. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional service through both voice and chat channels.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to effectively multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Prior experience in customer service or call center environment preferred but not mandatory.
