**Responsibilities**
- Making outbound calls and providing relevant information to donors in an honest & effective manner
- Making cold calls and providing relevant information to donors in an honest & effective manner
- Maintaining and expanding the database of prospects for the organisation
- Recording all successful & unsuccessful attempts to close donations
- Regularly following up with donors and converting them for long-term giving
- To Influence donors to donate or sponsor animals
- Ensuring monthly targets are achieved
- Responsible for generating funds through different fundraising techniques.
- Work towards achieving weekly/ monthly/ Quarterly targets set by Management.
- Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly/ Quarterly reports
- Develop and maintain relationships with current and potential Donors.
- Finding new donors while maintaining and developing relationships with existing donors
- F2 F Fundraising with Team lead and Assistant Fundraising Manager

**Key Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills. Knowledge of English and Hindi.

- Good analytical skills in developing and implementing resource mobilization strategies

Work Remotely
- Temporarily due to COVID-19

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
