**Job Title**: MIS & Accounting Executive

- **Work Location (Post-Training)**: Kohara, Ludhiana

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**MIS (Management Information Systems)**:

- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
- Analyze data and prepare dashboards for performance tracking.
- Maintain records of sales, purchases, inventory, and operations.
- Coordinate with various departments to gather relevant data.

**Accounting**:

- Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally or relevant software.
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and ledgers.
- Assist in monthly closing, GST returns, and TDS filings.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audits.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in MIS and accounting roles.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and basic reporting tools.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and general accounting principles.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

**Additional Details**:

- Must be willing to undergo initial training in **Dhandari**.
- Will be permanently based in **Kohara** after the training period.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
