We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable “Soft Drinks Plant Production Incharge” to oversee the production processes in our plant, ensuring that our beverages are produced efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. The "Soft Drinks Beverage Plant Production Incharge" will be responsible for managing the production of soft drinks, milk-based beverages, and coffee beverages. This role requires a strong understanding of plant operations, machinery technicalities, and maintenance, as well as a commitment to maintaining high production standards. **Key Responsibilities**: - **Production Management**: Oversee the daily production of soft drinks, milk-based beverages, and coffee beverages, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency in all processes. - **Machinery Operation**: Operate and manage various machinery involved in the production process, including mixers, fillers, and packaging equipment. Ensure all machinery is running smoothly and efficiently. - **Technical Expertise**: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of machine technicalities to troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure the safe operation of all equipment. - **Maintenance & Servicing**: Perform regular servicing and maintenance of machinery to prevent breakdowns and ensure the longevity of equipment. Coordinate with maintenance teams for any major repairs or upgrades. - **Quality Control**: Monitor the production process to ensure all beverages meet our strict quality standards. Implement and maintain quality control measures throughout the production line. - **Team Supervision**: Lead and supervise the production team, providing guidance and training to ensure adherence to production schedules and standards. - **Safety & Compliance**: Ensure all production activities comply with safety regulations and company policies. Maintain a clean and safe working environment in the plant. - **Inventory Management**: Oversee the inventory of raw materials and ensure timely procurement of supplies to avoid production delays. **Qualifications**: - Proven experience in a production management role, preferably within the soft drinks or beverage industry. - Strong knowledge of soft drinks plants, including milk-based and coffee beverages. - In-depth understanding of machinery technicalities, including operation, servicing, and maintenance. - Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot machinery issues quickly and effectively. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a production environment. - Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines. **Benefits**: - Competitive salary and benefits package. - Opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
