**Customer Service:Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selection.Provide product information, recommendations, and answer customer queries.Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner, escalating issues when necessary.Assist customers in locating products and making purchasing decisions.Sales and Transactions:Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions, and balance cash register at the end of the shift.Promote store promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs to customers.Upsell products where appropriate to meet sales targets.Store Maintenance and Merchandising:Ensure that shelves are stocked, displays are well-organized, and merchandise is presented according to store standards.Assist with inventory management, restocking, and price labeling.Keep the store tidy and clean, including arranging stock and ensuring fitting rooms are maintained.Assist in preparing the store for seasonal sales, promotions, and special events.Team Collaboration:Work closely with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.Support management in achieving sales goals and objectives.Participate in team meetings and provide feedback on store operations and customer preferences.Other Duties:Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed.Help with inventory counts and stockroom organization.Perform other tasks as assigned by the store manager.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Part-time

Pay: ₹18,600.00 - ₹27,400.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
