**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Delivery**:

- Plan and execute lesson plans that align with the prescribed syllabus and curriculum framework.
- Utilize technology, multimedia tools, and real-life examples to enhance learning experiences.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Maintain discipline and ensure a positive, respectful, and safe learning environment.
- Foster a sense of responsibility, teamwork, and critical thinking among students.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively using appropriate disciplinary measures.
- **Assessment & Evaluation**:

- Design and conduct tests, quizzes, and assignments to evaluate student progress.
- Provide timely feedback, maintain academic records, and prepare report cards.
- Offer remedial support to students who need additional academic assistance.
- **Student Development**:

- Identify and cater to different learning styles and needs of students.
- Motivate students to excel in academics and participate in extracurricular activities.
- Act as a mentor and guide students in their personal and academic growth.
- **Parental & Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance and progress.
- Attend parent-teacher meetings and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with school administrators and other educators to enhance the academic experience.
- **Professional Development**:

- Participate in workshops, training sessions, and continuous professional development programs.
- Engage in self-evaluation and seek opportunities for career enhancement.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other essential data.
- Contribute to school events, annual functions, and extracurricular activities.
- Support school policies, regulations, and procedures as a responsible faculty member.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Nizamabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)
