Need MIS Executive for Operation and Maintenance (TELECOM)

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify, research, and evaluate potential new suppliers for various product categories.
- Vendor screening/due diligence to ensure that they have the capacity to provide the goods/services to the Company.
- Responsible for requisition process for sourcing, negotiating quotation, favorable terms & conditions in line with the technical and commercial specifications, place purchase orders.
- Manages day-to-day operations of the procurement process such as planning, following up on Purchase Orders, delivery, and shipment schedules.
- Responsible for ensuring records are maintained and procurements are documented from origination through completion.
- Coordinate with logistics team to plan timely delivery of goods and as per the laid down standards and specifications.
- Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time, best prices and ensure all the contractual obligations are met.
- Make weekly presentations to the management on various projects under progress.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all data and information relating to the company.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
