**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
- Collect, analyze, and summarize data to support business functions.
- Perform data validation to ensure accuracy and completeness of reports.
- Create automated reports using Excel (with advanced formulas), VBA, or reporting tools.
- Coordinate with various departments to gather and analyze operational and financial data.
- Assist in data migration, data cleaning, and maintenance of internal databases.
- Identify trends and provide actionable insights through reporting.
- Support management in business planning and forecasting activities.
- Maintain confidentiality and data integrity at all times.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar MIS or data analyst role in telecom company
- Proficiency in **MS Excel** (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.).
- Working knowledge of database systems (SQL preferred).
- Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
