**Salary Details (CTC)**:

- **Monthly CTC**: 16,500
- **Monthly Take-Home**: 12,632 _(Includes 1,057 monthly bonus)_
- **PF (Both Shares)**: Approx. 3,150/month

**Eligibility Criteria**:
Educational Qualification & Experience:

- **10th Pass**: Minimum **2 years** of experience in any field
- **12th Pass / Graduate / ITI**: Minimum **1 year** of experience in any field

**Attendance Incentive Policy**:

- 0 Days Absent: 1,000 + **Free Food** in company canteen
- 1 Day Absent: 750
