Profile-Corporate office Interior Designer

EXECUTION STAGE: 1. Assistance to client for review and selection of vendor for execution of interior work.

2. The interior design consultant shall post one professionally qualified interior design -Architects not less than 7-10 years’ experience with adequate work experience at site at his cost (including computers, stationeries) to oversee the interior construction activities during execution of the interiors works, attend all interior coordination meetings at site, co-ordinate with site execution team for obtaining necessary drawings in compliance with the agreed specifications.

3. The authorized representative should be capable of taking independent decisions. In this connection, he shall prepare and submit such documents e.g drawings, notes etc. necessary for, answering queries and providing advice sought concerning the project, as the case may be.

4. The duration for the site posting shall be till the handling over the project. The interior design consultant shall assist the clients project manager to ensure compliance with the design and adherence to the desired quality levels for all interior works executed at site

5. The interior design consultant shall collaborate with and provide assistance to the client and other consultants on all matters concerning the project.

6. The interior design consultant shall review and respond to the RFI’s from the subcontracts, carry out QA/QC of works executed, collaborate with and provide assistance to the project manager and other consultants on all matters concerning the project. Project Quality Shall mean
- Monitoring design fidelity or design adherence by visual, means
- Assessing line and level checks carried out by the vendor appointed by the client
- Assessing the finished product (executed by the vendor appointed by the client) vis-à-vis Concept Architectural Services Design & Drawing Portfolio.
- Submitting design fidelity / adherence report to the client. Project Quality shall not include
- Checking & approving quality approval of materials bought for execution.
- Conducting line & level checks during various execution stagesConducting material product tests at sites or at labs
- Conducting measurements or conducting quantification checks at site
- Conducting quality checks of the finished products at site 7. The interior design consultant shall attend meeting with the Client/Client and the project manager whenever required to do so. In this connection, he shall prepare and submit such documents e.g., drawings, notes etc. necessary for answering queries and providing advice sought concerning the project, as the case may be. 8. The interior design consultant shall also check, coordinate at site and approve samples, mock-ups and shop drawings to ensure conformance with the detailed design. The deliverables at this stage will include, without limitation. 1. The preparation and submission of complete set of construction issuance drawings for all related items identified interior scope in stage#2 which also includes drawings and sketches that may be required RFI by the execution team. 2. Review and approval of submission made by vendors/ submit all finishing works (eg. Shop drawings, samples, mock ups etc.) 3. Submit report to ensure compliance with design and adherence to all quality level for all the finishing works.

**Salary**: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)
