
Performance Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Design Creation:
Video Editing:
Edit high-quality videos for social media, websites, and ads, including short-form content (e.g., Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) and long-form content (e.g., YouTube videos, client testimonials).
Collaborate with the content and creative teams to develop video concepts that align with brand objectives and marketing goals.
Add motion graphics, transitions, sound effects, and captions to enhance video storytelling.
Brand Identity Management:
Maintain and develop visual identity guidelines across multiple projects, ensuring all design and video outputs are consistent with the client’s brand standards.
Collaborate with Teams:
Work closely with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute creative strategies, incorporating feedback and changes for both static and video content.
Ad Campaign Support:
Create graphics and video assets for paid media campaigns (Google, Facebook, Instagram), ensuring they are optimized for different formats and platforms.
Trend Research:
Stay on top of design and video editing trends and integrate fresh ideas into work to keep creative assets innovative and appealing.
File Management:
Ensure proper management and organization of design and video assets for ease of access and use by other team members.
Multimedia Design Support:
Assist in the creation of animations and visual elements for client presentations, internal projects, and marketing collateral.
**Requirements**:
**Experience**:
0-2 years of experience as a graphic designer and video editor, preferably in a digital marketing or creative agency setting.
**Skills**:Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Strong understanding of motion graphics and basic animation techniques is a plus.
Portfolio:
A portfolio showcasing your creativity in both graphic design and video editing, including social media posts, banners, videos, and other multimedia content.
Knowledge:
Basic understanding of UI/UX principles, familiarity with responsive design, and video optimization for different platforms and formats.
Soft Skills:
Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Attitude:
A willingness to learn, adapt, and take feedback positively, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
