Job Description: Back Office Assistant

Position Summary: The Back Office Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the administrative functions of an organization. This position primarily involves performing various tasks related to data entry, documentation, record keeping, and general administrative support. The Back Office Assistant works closely with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of the back-office functions.

Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry and Management: Accurately enter and maintain data in computer systems or databases. Verify the accuracy and completeness of information and make necessary corrections or updates as required.

Documentation and Filing: Prepare, organize, and maintain physical and electronic files and documents. Ensure proper labeling, indexing, and archiving for easy retrieval.

Record Keeping: Maintain records of transactions, activities, and other relevant information. Update and retrieve records as needed.

Reporting: Prepare regular reports, summaries, and presentations based on collected data or information. Compile and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, or areas of improvement.

Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, such as scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, making travel arrangements, and managing office supplies and equipment.

Quality Assurance: Ensure data accuracy, compliance with policies and procedures, and adherence to established standards. Conduct quality checks on documents and reports to maintain consistency and integrity.

Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments to support operational efficiency and streamline processes. Contribute to a positive work environment and foster effective teamwork.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest solutions to enhance productivity, efficiency, and accuracy in back-office operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in business administration or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in back-office support, administrative roles, or data entry positions.
- Proficient in using computers, including data entry software, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and electronic filing systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Knowledge of office equipment, such as printers, scanners, and fax machines.
- Familiarity with relevant legal and regulatory requirements is advantageous

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Data entry: 1 year (preferred)
