Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Set up, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads) to maximize ROI.
- Performance Tracking: Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM systems to measure KPIs (conversions, CTR, ROAS).
- Optimization: Continuously A/B test creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to improve campaign efficiency.
- Lead Generation: Drive qualified leads and sales through targeted campaigns, earning commissions on results.
- Client Collaboration: Communicate regularly with clients to align strategies, report progress, and adjust tactics.
- Industry Trends: Stay updated on digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in digital marketing with a portfolio of successful campaigns (e.g., lead gen, e-commerce sales).
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and pivot strategies quickly.
- Excellent communication and client management abilities.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Reliable high-speed internet and access to necessary software (e.g., Canva, SEMrush).
- Portfolio or case studies demonstrating past performance.

Preferred Qualifications:
