**About the Role**

We are seeking a **Accounts Executive** with proven experience in managing core accounting functions, financial reporting, compliance, and team coordination. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach to handling end-to-end accounting operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Analyse complex financial reports and records to provide insights and recommendations.
- Prepare and review various financial reports including account reconciliations and variance analyses.
- Perform and oversee account reconciliations and maintain the general ledger.
- Assist in **GST, TDS, and income tax audits**, and support statutory compliance.
- Document and monitor internal controls in support of the auditing team.
- Coordinate accounting projects and cross-functional finance initiatives.
- Review journal entries and reports prepared by junior accountants to ensure accuracy.
- Provide mentorship and training to junior staff.
- Prepare and file GST, TDS support all audit preparations and queries.
- Continuously improve accounting processes and ensure timely financial reporting.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a **Senior Accountant** or **Senior Accounts Executive**.
- **Minimum 1 year** of hands-on experience in account analysis and financial reporting.
- Strong understanding of Indian taxation laws (GST, TDS, etc.) and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in accounting software **Tally Prime** and **Microsoft Excel**.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience in mentoring junior staff and managing cross-departmental coordination.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.

**Educational Qualification**
- Bachelor’s degree in **Accounting, Finance**, or related field.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
