Position Overview:
As an Electric Auto Technician at Maya Autotech, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electric vehicles to ensure optimal performance and safety. You will work with advanced diagnostic tools and technologies, collaborating with a team of professionals dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform diagnostics and troubleshoot issues in electric vehicles, including battery systems, electric drivetrains, and electronic control systems.
- Conduct routine maintenance and repair work on electric vehicles, including battery replacements, motor repairs, and system calibrations.
- Utilize specialized diagnostic equipment and software to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Follow manufacturer guidelines and repair procedures to ensure high-quality repairs and safety standards.
- Keep accurate records of service and repairs performed, including parts used and labor hours.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in electric vehicle technology and repair techniques.
- Collaborate with other technicians and service staff to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repairs, maintenance, and vehicle performance.

Essential Qualifications:

- ITI Certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Fitter Trades.
- Proven experience as an auto technician, with a focus on electric vehicles preferred.
- Strong understanding of electric vehicle systems, including battery technology, electric motors, and control systems.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software related to electric vehicles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Additional certifications or training related to electric vehicle maintenance and repair.
- Previous experience working in a specialized electric vehicle service center.
