**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Identifying the best suppliers for the sourced products
- Looking for new suppliers in the market to get better offers for existing products
- Creating a relationship with all different factories for better offers and market updating of hot selling products
- Creating a catalogue of suppliers for better new product sourcing
- Negotiation based on requirement (Not only pricing but also terms of business)

**Skills Required**:

- Communication - Understanding and expressing the requirements clearly (Verbally and orally)
- Basic system usage skills
- Decision making and judgement skills on who favours us best in market
- Capability to understand business requirements and new product sourcing and marketing bandwidth of the firm
- Ability to handle and split the orders in order to keep the suppliers engaged with us positively

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
