**Job Title: Customer Care Executive**

Location: Durgapura, Jaipur, Rajasthan

Process: International

Working Days: 5 days a week

Shift: Night Shift (US Time Zone)

Salary Range: 18,000 to 22,000 Rupees in hand per month

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service to our US-based clients in the medical equipment industry.
- Handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs efficiently.
- Communicate effectively in fluent English to maintain high service standards.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in English is a must.
- Previous experience in customer service or related roles is an advantage.
- Ability to work night shifts to align with the US time zone.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dedication to delivering top-notch service to our clients.
