**Job Title**: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

**Purpose**:
To provide strategic financial leadership and operational discipline to support BloomEasy’s expansion across 50 Indian cities, ensuring sustainable growth, franchise profitability, and compliance excellence in a purpose-led, customer-first environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create/update 3-year financial plan

- Lead budgeting cycles
- Conduct variance analysisTreasury & Working Capital
- Monitor cash flow
- Optimize working capitalCompliance & Governance
- Ensure timely filings (GST, TDS, ROC, IT)
- Liaise with auditors & legalFranchise & Unit Economics
- Track unit-level dashboards
- Advise franchise partnersCapital Strategy
- Plan capital raising (equity, debt)
- Build investor MISTeam & Systems
- Build finance team
- Drive ERP/automation

**Remuneration**: ₹15,00,000 per annum
- Fixed Pay (80%): ₹12,00,000 PA
- Performance Linked Variable Pay (20%): ₹3,00,000 PA

**Selection Criteria**:

- **Qualification**: CA or MBA (Finance)
- **Experience**: Min 10 years in finance leadership
- **Sector**: Retail/franchise/project-based preferred
- **Skills**: FP&A, compliance, working capital, project finance
- **Tech**: SAP/Oracle/Zoho, Power BI/Tableau, Tally/QuickBooks
- **Soft Skills**: Strategic thinking, leadership, ethical governance

**Preferred Certifications**:

- CFA / CPA / CIMA
- PMP / Six Sigma
- Financial Modelling / Data Analytics
- IFRS / IND-AS

**Additional Details**:

- **Working Days**: Monday-Saturday
- **Working Hours**: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- **Leaves**: 24 paid leaves annually (post-probation)
