This is a remote position.

We are seeking a Marketing Program Associate who has expertise in Google ads to join our core team, someone who is a creative and analytical thinker and has digital marketing experience.
Develop, implement, and optimize lead gen campaigns primarily in Google paid search.
Manage Google AdWords and Google Analytics.
Use the right type of network and campaign type based on the goals of the campaign
In-depth keyword analysis
Setup conversion tracking using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
Setup standard custom reports in Google Analytics.
Conduct data analysis on periodical and optimize campaigns to achieve the best ROI

**Requirements**:

Good hands-on experience on Google ads

Analytically sharp to analyze and find good insights

Being able to understand a brand's message and copy

Extremely good listener & Clear communicator

Confident about your strategies but still keen to learn more

Good written communication

Being able to manage multiple priorities at once

Enjoys marketing

Ethically & Morally correct
