**Responsibilities**
- **
Creating, optimizing, and scaling **marketing campaigns on Facebook for e-commerce brands
- ** Strategy development**: Developing and implementing a comprehensive Facebook ads strategy that aligns with the brand's goals and objectives.
- ** Targeting**: Identifying the target audience for the ad campaign, selecting relevant demographics, interests, behaviors, and locations to ensure maximum reach and engagement.
- ** Budget management**: Allocating and managing the ad budget, optimizing campaign performance to maximize ROI and minimize costs.
- ** Campaign monitoring**:Regularly monitoring the ad campaigns' performance, tracking metrics such as impressions, click-through rate, conversion rate, and cost per acquisition.
- ** Optimization**: Analyzing ad campaign data to make data-driven decisions and optimize campaign performance, including adjusting targeting, ad creative, and bidding strategies.
- ** Reporting**: Preparing and presenting regular reports to brands, summarizing ad campaign performance and providing insights into key performance indicators.
- ** Keeping up-to-date**: Staying up-to-date with Facebook advertising policies, industry trends, and emerging technologies, and adapting strategies to remain effective

**Qualifications**
- ** Advertising knowledge**: Understanding the basics of advertising is crucial, such as target audience identification, message framing, campaign objectives, and call-to-action.
- ** Analytical thinking**: The ability to analyze data and metrics is essential to determine the success of ad campaigns, identify trends, and optimize performance.

- ** Technical expertise**: Understanding the technical aspects of Facebook Ads Manager, such as ad targeting, bidding strategies, and ad formats, is necessary to create and manage ad campaigns.
