The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience running Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns for international clients, with proven success in lead generation campaignsKey Responsibilities- Plan, create, and optimize Meta (Facebook + Instagram) ad campaigns. - Manage lead generation campaigns for clients. - Conduct audience research, competitor analysis & campaign strategy planning. - Track campaign performance in Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager and report insights. - Optimize campaigns for ROI, CPL, and conversion goals. - Stay updated with Meta Ads policies, trends, and best practices.Requirements- 3+ years of experience in running Meta Ads campaigns. - Must have worked with international clients (USA, UK, Europe, Australia). - Proven track record of generating leads through Meta Ads. - Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
