Admissions Counselor

Kids Kingdom Preschool is looking to recruit young, experienced, and dynamic Female Centralised Admission Counsellor to join our well-established chain of preschools at Gurgaon and Bangalore.
**Responsibilities**:
Admission Counseling :Provide guidance and support to parents seeking admission for their children in preschool programs across all Gurgaon and Banglaore branches.
Information Dissemination: Disseminate detailed information about Kids Kingdom curriculum, facilities, and unique features to prospective parents.
Tour Coordination: Arrange and conduct tours for parents to showcase the preschool facilities and create a positive first impression.
Follow-up: Conduct timely follow-ups with parents who have shown interest but have not yet completed the admission process. Collaboration with Branches: Coordinate with the admission team at individual branches to align on admission processes and share relevant information.
Events Participation: Represent Kids Kingdom at outreach events, fairs, and workshops to attract potential parents. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from parents who have completed the admission process to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall experience.
Requirements: Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in education. Experience: Previous experience in preschool admissions or counseling is preferred. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to connect with parents, understand their needs, and build rapport. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently. Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using communication tools, CRM software, and other technology platforms. Flexibility: Willingness to travel between branches as needed and work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
