Requirement:

- Ability to convert Functional Design documents to Technical Design documents
- PeopleSoft 9.2 experience
- Provide expert troubleshooting for technical problems.
- Extensive knowledge and experience on XML/BI Publisher**, Fluid, Webservices (REST & SOAP) - **Reading Jason/XML format payloads from third party API’s and processing into PeopleSoft tables.
- Debug and develop SQRs, PeopleCode, Application Packages, Application Engine, AWE and Component Interfaces, IB along with working experience on data conversion programs.
- Have knowledge of PeopleSoft AWE, Security & Query Development
- Experience working on any HCM Modules - NA Payroll, Core HR, Benefits, ePerformance
- Work on all phases of a project - development, testing, production support
- Experience on Implementation and/or Upgrade Retrofits
- Exp of People Tools 8.58/59; advance features (like PTF, Activity guides, Page configurator ,Pivot grids, Kibana analytics).
- Experience on Phire Tool, Servicenow & Opswise Scheduling tool will be an added advantage.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work on support issues/Development tasks for multiple clients
- Consistent ability to work seamlessly with clients, respond to competing requests and demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and provide technical functional solution.
- Work with the client business users to identify possible improvements in the Customized Objects / Process.
- Displays effective analytical skills
- Displays effective organizational skills
- Must be opened to work extended hours to take up client calls, interacting with onshore / Onsight counterpart
