Check if you are up for maximizing your earning/growth potential, leveraging our Disruptive Talent Solution.RequirementsRequirements:  Job Title: PeopleSoft Absence Techno Functional Consultant Experience: 4 – 8 Years Location: Hyderabad, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Gurugram, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata  Employment Type: Contract Role Description: • Promptly handle day -to -day tickets using HRHD and JIRA. • Demonstrate proficiency with the PeopleSoft Absence module (functional), PS Query, and SQL, comfortable working with large datasets for payroll analysis. • Collaborate with business users to understand and document absence management configuration requirements. • Configure new or updated PeopleSoft absence management features based on business requirements. • Develop and execute test cases to validate configurations and customizations, ensuring they meet business needs and are error -free. • Provide post -implementation support, including issue resolution and enhancements as needed. • Prepare and maintain functional design documents, business requirement documents, configuration records, and process documentation for future reference and training. • The "Payroll " knowledge is considered as an added advantage. Qualifications: • 4 -8 years of hands -on experience with PeopleSoft Core HCM modules (Core HR, Absence , Payroll (Basic) • Strong understanding of end -to -end testing processes for Core HR, Absence , Payroll (Basic). • Experience with SDLC methodologies and QA best practices. • Good to have experience of using project management tools (HRHD and JIRA). • Experience in Leading a team and directly working with client. • Good analytical, problem -solving, and communication skills.
