We are looking for motivated Telesales Executives with exceptional communication skills to join our Sales Team.
You would be responsible for:
1. Identify and qualify sales leads and opportunities.
2. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling. Set up meetings with potential clients.
2. Communicating with potential customers to inform about our products or services.
3. Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in our CRM system.
4. Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries effectively.
5. Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and performance metrics.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a related field.
2. Strong communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate.
3. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
