Position: Tele-Sales Executive (Female preferred — see note below).

What you'll do:
Make outbound/inbound sales calls to potential customers.
Explain products, handle queries, and close leads over the phone.
Maintain CRM records and follow up on leads.
Coordinate with field teams to ensure smooth handovers.
Must-have: Kannada (mandatory). Ability to speak any of: Hindi, English, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Marathi. Good communication skills, basic computer/CRM knowledge.
