**Responsibilities**:

- Daily coordination with customers for order updates, delivery schedules, and issue resolution
- Daily mail follow up
- Oder booking and DOD follow up
- Co Ordination with Planning Circulate new inquiries in the prescribed format to the costing team
- Coordinate between departments and factories to satisfy customer queries regarding deliveries
- Preparing requisite reports and Maintaining customer master
- Updating MIS and follow up action completion - with customer targets/revenues vs. achievements, Item availability for new jobs
- Must be handle 4-5 persons of team

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Business, Marketing, or related field)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Experience in B2B sales and customer service (preferably in printing/packaging)
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and ERP systems
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience
