**Responsibilities**:
**1. Client Acquisition**:

- Identify and engage with potential clients in the US Staffing market.
- Build and nurture relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers.

**2. Requirement Analysis**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
- Effectively communicate client specifications to the recruitment team.

**3. Sales Presentations**:

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase our staffing solutions.
- Address client concerns and tailor presentations to meet specific client needs.

**4. Lead Generation**:

- Proactively generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
- Utilize online platforms and job boards to identify potential clients and job openings.

**5. Market Research**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback to the team on market insights and potential opportunities.

**6. Client Retention**:

- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through regular communication and relationship-building activities.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to address any concerns or issues.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus
