**Job Summary**:
The Listings Coordinator will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing listings on our platforms. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality content that drives engagement and sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Listing Creation**: Develop and maintain accurate and compelling listings for products/properties, ensuring all information is up to date and meets company standards.
- **Data Management**: Monitor and manage listings to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- **SEO Optimization**: Implement best practices for SEO to improve listing visibility and ranking on search engines and platforms.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align listing content with promotional strategies and sales goals.
- **Quality Assurance**: Conduct regular audits of listings to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- **Customer Support**: Address inquiries related to listings and provide assistance to customers as needed.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor listings to inform our strategies and improve our offerings.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in listing management or similar roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in [specific software/tools, e.g., Excel, CRM systems, listing platforms].
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
