**Job Title: Gardener**

**Location: Bangalore and Major Cities of Karnataka**

**Salary: ₹16,000 to ₹22,000 per month**

**Education: Any**

**Experience: Minimum 1 year to 3 years**

Type of Properties: Apartments, Malls, Commercial Office Spaces, Hospitals, Educational Institutions

**Responsibilities**:
1. Garden Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as watering, weeding, pruning, and fertilizing to ensure the health and vitality of plants and green spaces.

2. Landscape Care: Maintain lawns, shrubs, trees, and flower beds by mowing, trimming, edging, and mulching as needed. Monitor plant health and identify pests, diseases, and other issues requiring intervention.

3. Planting and Transplanting: Plant new trees, shrubs, flowers, and other ornamental plants according to design plans and client preferences. Transplant and relocate existing plants as necessary for landscaping projects or garden renovations.

5. Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and operate gardening tools and equipment such as mowers, trimmers, pruners, and hand tools. Keep tools clean, sharp, and in good working condition to ensure efficient and safe operation.

6. Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries while working in gardens and outdoor spaces. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safe work practices at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year to 3 years of experience as a Gardener.
- Strong horticultural knowledge and gardening skills.
- Ability to identify common plants, weeds, pests, and diseases.
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
