Key Responsibilities
- Manage product listings, catalogs, descriptions, pricing, and inventory on e-commerce portals.
- Optimize listings using SEO techniques, A+ content, and keyword strategy.
- Coordinate with internal teams for stock updates, new product launches, and pricing strategy.
- Monitor daily sales and performance reports from e-commerce dashboards and analytics tools.
- Handle customer queries, reviews, returns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain strong relationships with marketplace account managers.
- Ensure smooth order processing, dispatch, and timely delivery.
- Track competitors and stay updated on market trends and platform policy changes.
- Generate weekly/monthly sales reports and suggest improvements for conversion rate and sales performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce operations or online retail sales.
- Knowledge of various e-commerce platforms.
- Familiarity with tools like Excel, Google Analytics and advertising dashboards.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask, take initiative, and work under deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
