**Staff Nurse - OT (Operating Theatre)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare patients for surgery and provide preoperative care
- Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists during operations, including passing instruments and monitoring vital signs
- Maintain a sterile and safe environment in the operating room
- Ensure all surgical equipment and supplies are ready and properly sterilized
- Provide postoperative care and support to patients
- Educate patients and their families about post-surgery care
- Accurately document all care provided during surgery and recovery
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

**Qualifications**:

- GNM or BSc Nursing degree from a recognized institution
- 0-1 year of relevant experience (freshers welcome)
- Registered Nurse with a valid license
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
- Compassionate, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently under pressure
