Define and implement Regulatory Framework for RERA compliance. ▪ Strong Contract drafting skills. ▪ Deep knowledge of local land laws in Thane. ▪ Ability to work with external counsel. ▪ Draft Vendor agreements and construction based contracts. ▪ Handle all end-customer related documentation. ▪ Ability to handle disputes and claims both with customers and vendors. ▪ Monitor and file all regulatory compliances including RERA filings. ▪ Closely contact with operations team ▪ Provide solid practical advice to the real estate team ▪ Develop and update department processes and procedure to support overall project execution process. ▪ Implement all other legal best practices ▪ Manage external counsel costs and implement within approved budgets ▪ Supervise additional legal team members in order to facilitate project level activities. ▪ Handle all labour law related issues ▪ Conduct audits for regulatory compliance ▪ Review the legal risks involved in the business and share the same with the management ▪ Provide training to the newly joined staff members in various legal aspects ▪ Leadership capability with the right attitude and aptitude ▪ Legal specialist / expertise as a core competence. ▪ Ability to priorities effectively and handle a heavy workload in a changing and complex environment

**Salary**: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
