**Job description**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Edit and proofread** financial and news content for clarity, grammar, style, and consistency.
- Ensure that content is **factually accurate** and well-researched, adhering to financial and journalistic standards.
- **Coordinate with writers** to refine content, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining editorial quality.
- **Monitor financial markets** and news to stay updated on trends and developments that impact content creation.
- **Ensure adherence to brand voice** and style guides across all written material.
- Collaborate with content strategists and editorial teams to develop content plans and editorial calendars.
- **Ensure SEO optimization** for web content, improving visibility and engagement.
- Review content for potential **legal and compliance issues** in financial reporting.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a **Content Editor**, with a strong background in **news and financial editing** (minimum 5 years of experience).
- **Excellent understanding** of financial markets, terminology, and trends.
- Strong editorial skills, with an eye for **detail** and a passion for **accuracy**.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and online content strategy.
- Ability to work under **tight deadlines** and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- **Exceptional communication skills** and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelors degree in **Journalism, Communications, Finance**, or related field (preferred).
- Experience with **content management systems** (CMS) and basic HTML is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in **data-driven financial reporting** and market analysis.
- Familiarity with **financial analytics tools** or platforms like Bloomberg, Reuters, or similar.
- Knowledge of **multimedia content**, such as video or infographics.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
