**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the design and implementation of Pega-based solutions to meet business requirements.
- Provide technical expertise in Pega Reporting Pega Platform and Pega Application Development.
- Ensure seamless integration of Pega Data and Pega User Experience across various modules.
- Drive the development of Pega Mobility solutions to enhance user accessibility and experience.
- Implement Pega Case Management to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
- Utilize Pega Marketing and PEGA Decision Hub to drive data-driven decision-making and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with Governance Risk & Compliance and Finance & Accounting requirements.
- Conduct regular assessments and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and best practices for Pega implementations.
- Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Stay updated with the latest Pega technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**
- Must have extensive experience in Pega Reporting Pega Platform and Pega Application Development.
- Should possess strong skills in Pega Data and Integration Pega User Experience and Pega Mobility.
- Experience in Pega Case Management and Pega Marketing is essential.
- Proficiency in PEGA Decision Hub is required.
- Domain expertise in Governance Risk & Compliance and Finance & Accounting is mandatory.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills are required.

**Certifications Required**

Certified Pega Lead System Architect (CLSA) or equivalent certification is required.
