**Greetings from Nexus** We are urgently looking for "**Project Incharge " **for India's leading lead-free additives manufacturer and suppliers. **Location**:Navrangpura, Ahmedabad** **Industry Type**:Petrochemicals/Chemicals **Department**:Operations Department **Responsibilities**: **Project Planning and Scheduling** - Develop and maintain detailed project plans. - Set timelines, milestones, and deliverables. - Coordinate with various departments to align schedules. **Budget Management** - Create and manage project budgets. - Monitor expenditures and ensure project stays within budget. - Approve purchase orders and invoices related to the project. **Resource Allocation** - Identify and allocate resources (human, material, financial) required for the project. - Ensure optimal utilization of resources. - Adjust resource allocations as necessary to meet project objectives. **Risk Management** - Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. - Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle. - Implement contingency plans when necessary. **Quality Assurance** - Establish and enforce quality standards for project deliverables. - Conduct regular quality checks and audits. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. **Stakeholder Communication** - Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders. - Provide regular updates on project progress. - Address stakeholder concerns and manage expectations. **Team Leadership** - Lead and motivate the project team. - Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively. - Provide guidance, support, and performance feedback to team members. **Contract Management** - Manage contracts with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors. - Ensure contract terms are met and manage any disputes or changes. - Coordinate with legal and procurement teams as needed. **Safety Management** - Ensure that all project activities comply with safety regulations. - Promote a culture of safety within the project team. - Conduct safety audits and incident investigations. **Documentation and Reporting** - Maintain comprehensive project documentation. - Prepare and submit regular project reports to senior management. - Document lessons learned and best practices for future projects. **Change Management** - Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and budget. - Assess the impact of changes and communicate them to stakeholders. - Implement change management processes and tools. **Commissioning and Handover** - Oversee the commissioning phase of the project. - Ensure all systems and components are tested and operational. - Manage the handover process to the operations team. **Job Specification**: - Preferred Degree / Diploma in Chemical. - 8 to 10yearsofexperienceinProject Management (Greenfield) - Gender**: Male **Skills**: - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. **Kind Regards** **Nishtha Panchal** **HRBP** **Contact No: 9033033803** Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year **Education**: - Bachelor's (preferred) **Experience**: - Project Manager - Chemical Industry: 8 years (preferred) - Project Management - Greenfield: 8 years (preferred) - CRM software: 8 years (preferred) Work Location: In person
