**Key Responsibilities**:
**- Teaching and Curriculum Development**:

- Deliver high-quality lectures, seminars, and laboratory sessions for undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Chemical.
- Develop and continuously update course materials, including syllabi, lesson plans, and assessment tools, in accordance with academic and industry standards.
- Oversee curriculum development and review to ensure the program’s relevance and effectiveness.
- Evaluate and grade students’ academic performance, providing constructive feedback and support.

**- Research and Scholarly Activities**:

- Lead and conduct significant research projects in Chemical, contributing to the advancement of knowledge in the field.
- Publish research findings in high-impact, peer-reviewed journals and present at national and international conferences.
- Seek and manage research funding, write grant proposals, and collaborate with other researchers and institutions.
- Supervise and mentor Ph.D. students and postdoctoral researchers, guiding their research projects and academic development.

**- Supervision and Mentoring**:

- Provide academic leadership and mentorship to junior faculty members, including guidance on teaching and research.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive environment for faculty and students.

**- Departmental and Institutional Service**:

- Participate in and lead departmental meetings, committees, and strategic planning activities.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental policies, academic programs, and quality enhancement initiatives.
- Engage in institutional service, including serving on committees and participating in outreach and community engagement activities.

**- Professional Development**:

- Stay current with advancements in Chemical and educational methodologies.
- Engage in professional development activities, including attending conferences, workshops, and seminars.

**Qualifications**:
**- Educational Qualifications**:

- A master's degree in chemical or a relevant specialization with first class from a recognized institution.
- A Ph.D. in Chemical or a closely related field is required.

**- Experience**:

- At least 10 years of teaching experience in a university or recognized educational institution, with a proven record of research and scholarly activities.
- Demonstrated leadership in academic administration and curriculum development.
- Experience in supervising postgraduate and doctoral students is essential.

**- Skills**:

- Expertise in specialized areas of Chemical, such as Organic Chemical, Inorganic Chemical, Physical Chemical, or Analytical Chemical.
- Strong research skills with a substantial record of publications in high-impact journals.
- Proficiency in modern teaching methods and educational technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and manage academic and research initiatives effectively.

Pay: ₹15,770.37 - ₹106,634.12 per month
