1. Academic Responsibilities:
Teaching and Course Delivery:
Deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions in the MCA program according to the prescribed syllabus.

Prepare comprehensive lesson plans, course materials, and educational resources that align with the course objectives.

Use modern teaching methodologies, including case studies, project work, discussions, and multimedia tools, to enhance student engagement and learning.

Provide continuous academic support and mentorship to students.

Research and Scholarly Activities:
Conduct research in computer science and related fields, contributing to knowledge and innovation.

Publish research papers in peer-reviewed journals and present findings at national and international conferences.

Guide students in their research projects, dissertations, and theses, ensuring quality and adherence to academic standards.

Evaluation and Assessment:
Design and administer various forms of student assessments, including exams, assignments, practical exams, and projects.

Grade and provide feedback in a timely and constructive manner to help students improve academically.

Ensure academic integrity in the evaluation process and maintain transparency in grading.

2. Administrative and Institutional Responsibilities:
Course and Curriculum Management:
Collaborate with academic committees and departments in curriculum design, updating course content, and implementing best practices.

Contribute to the development and review of syllabus and teaching methodologies.

Organize and manage practical labs, projects, and internship opportunities for students.

Student Mentoring and Counseling:
Serve as a mentor to students, providing academic guidance, career counseling, and support for personal development.

Monitor student progress and address concerns related to academic performance or well-being.

Encourage student participation in co-curricular and extracurricular activities to enhance holistic development.

Administrative Support:
Assist in managing academic schedules, records, and timetables.

Participate in faculty meetings, contribute to policy-making, and support the implementation of institutional objectives.

Participate in the preparation of documentation and reports related to NAAC accreditation processes.

3. Professional Development:
Continuous Learning and Skill Enhancement:
Engage in professional development through attending workshops, conferences, and seminars on emerging technologies, educational practices, and research methodologies.

Stay updated with advancements in computer science, technology trends, and best practices in higher education.

Enhance teaching skills through faculty development programs and self-learning.

Industry Collaboration:
Foster relationships with the IT industry, research institutions, and professional bodies to bring industry insights into the classroom.

Ensure the curriculum remains relevant to industry standards and job market demands.

4. Contribution to NAAC Accreditation Process:
Compliance with Accreditation Standards:
Contribute to maintaining the standards required for NAAC accreditation, ensuring alignment with the core principles of quality education.

Support the preparation of data and documentation for NAAC self-assessment and institutional evaluations.

Participate in the continuous quality improvement process by identifying areas for growth and proposing solutions to enhance the academic experience.

5. Ethics and Code of Conduct:
Professional Ethics:
Maintain high standards of professional ethics in teaching, research, and student interaction.

Adhere to institutional policies and procedures regarding academic integrity, plagiarism, and discipline.

Foster an inclusive, respectful, and supportive learning environment for students and staff.

6. Other Duties:
Community Engagement:
Participate in community outreach programs, workshops, and seminars aimed at promoting computer science education and awareness.

Engage in social responsibility projects and contribute to the institution’s reputation in the community.

Extracurricular Involvement:
Support the organization of conferences, seminars, and technical events to enhance the academic and cultural life of the institution.

Encourage students to participate in technical competitions, hackathons, and other events that enhance their skills beyond the classroom.

Pay: From ₹45,000.00 per month
