**Profile Introduction**:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Architect to join our dynamic team. As an Architect, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of various structures while ensuring they are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and in compliance with building regulations. You will collaborate with clients, engineers, and other professionals to create innovative and sustainable architectural solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop architectural designs in accordance with client requirements, budget, and timelines.
- Create detailed drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Conduct site visits to assess potential project challenges and opportunities.
- Collaborate with engineers, interior designers, and contractors to coordinate project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with zoning laws, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior staff members throughout the design and construction process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in architecture.
- Foster positive relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver exceptional service.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.
- Strong understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and structural systems.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles is desirable.
- Registered Architect license preferred but not required.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
