Salary:

- 15,000 To 22,000 Per Month

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture **(Mandatory )**

Experience:

- Total Experience : 3 Years in architectural field
- Minimum Experience : 1 -2 as a Junior Architect

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with senior architects to develop architectural designs and concepts.
- Assist in creating detailed drawings, models, and presentations.
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather relevant information.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to design discussions.
- Utilize software tools for drafting and design tasks.
- Support the preparation of project documentation and specifications.
- Stay updated on industry trends, codes, and regulations.
- Assist in project coordination and communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Contribute to the overall success of architectural projects through creative input and dedication to quality work.

**Requirements for the Junior Architect position**:

- **Software Skills**:

- Proficient in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with 3D modeling and rendering software is a plus.
- **Communication Skills**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with team members and communicate ideas clearly.
- **Design Abilities**:

- Basic understanding of architectural design principles.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- **Site Knowledge**:

- Willingness to conduct site visits and surveys as required.
- Familiarity with construction site processes and considerations.
