We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Medical Scribe. As a Medical Scribe, you will work closely with healthcare providers to accurately document patient encounters in real time. This role requires strong multitasking skills, medical terminology knowledge, and exceptional attention to detail.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist healthcare providers in documenting patient encounters, including medical histories, physical examinations, procedures performed, treatment plans, and other relevant information in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
- Enter patient information into the EMR system during patient visits, ensuring timely and accurate documentation of all relevant details.
- Transcribe dictated notes from healthcare providers accurately and efficiently, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to privacy regulations.
- Facilitate communication between healthcare providers and other members of the healthcare team, conveying important information and ensuring continuity of care.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
- Previous experience as a medical scribe or in a healthcare-related role (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
- Excellent typing and data entry skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹22,856.12 - ₹66,394.98 per month
