As a medical scribe, you'll play a crucial role in our team, partnering with physicians and other healthcare providers to streamline patient care and documentation. You'll be responsible for:

- **Accurately documenting patient encounters** in real-time using electronic health records (EHRs), capturing the patient's history, physical exam findings, diagnoses, treatment plans, and medications.
- **Anticipating the needs of the physician** and proactively preparing charts, lab results, and other relevant information.
- **Maintaining clear and concise communication** with both patients and medical professionals.
- **Ensuring the accuracy and completeness** of medical records according to HIPAA regulations and facility policies.
- **Performing administrative tasks** such as scheduling appointments, preparing referrals, and managing patient flow.
