**Key Responsibilities**

**Accounting & Bookkeeping**
- Record day-to-day financial transactions (journal entries, vouchers, receipts, payments).
- Maintain general ledger, subsidiary ledgers, and trial balance.
- Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. **Accounts Payable & Receivable**:

- Process supplier invoices, staff reimbursements, and vendor payments.
- Maintain accounts receivable records, issue invoices, and follow up on collections.
- Reconcile supplier and customer accounts periodically.

**Banking & Reconciliation**
- Prepare bank reconciliation statements.
- Monitor bank transactions and ensure timely posting.

**Taxation & Compliance**
- Assist in preparation and filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and statutory regulations.

**Reporting & Analysis**
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly accounting reports as required.
- Provide data for audits and assist in internal/external audit processes.

**Other Duties**
- Maintain proper filing of accounting records and documents.
- Support the senior accounts team in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Any other responsibility assigned by the Accounts Officer/Finance Manager.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
